This color palette and design is based on a section of my mural "Route." I'm obsessed with these bright, bold colors. The mural has come to represent the freedom of a road trip. I love the spontaneity of hitting the road—pulling off at an exit to get something to eat only to find something truly unexpected. This piece is based on what's hanging out just behind that next curve in the road.
